I took your advice from a previous post and added some cute tights to an older dress for a winter wedding in Nashville last February. Such a great idea! It made me feel so much more polished and gave new life to a dress I already had while making it fit the formal dress code perfectly.
I also love your point about thanking the parents. As a mom, that always means so much to me. It may not be my special day, but I truly appreciate when my kids’ friends acknowledge me or include me in the celebration. Those little moments are so thoughtful and meaningful.
I don’t have any weddings coming up, but I absolutely love all of these ideas. You shine everywhere you go without ever dimming anyone else’s sparkle. You are amazing.
